Returns and Refunds

 

Return Eligibility

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return any clothing items that you are not satisfied with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is also required.

How to Return

​​

1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at contact@sotoclothing.co.uk to inform us of your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

2. Prepare Your Package: Include the item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase and the RMA number.

3. Shipping: Send your package to the following address: Soto Clothing Returns, 28 Newlands, Balcombe, RH176HX

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​Return Processing

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will release the refund within 7 days of receiving the item if satisfied this has been returned in its original condition and unwashed and/or worn with all original packaging
